This site, www.mcmahon-airborne.com, (the “Site”) is owned and operated by MCMAHON HELICOPTER SERVICES, INC. ("McMahon"). Your privacy while using this Site is of the utmost importance to us. Further use and/or disclosure of your personal information or other information by third parties is not the responsibility of McMahon. Rather, such use and/or disclosure is governed by such parties’ privacy policies.

ACCURACY AND SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use and to maintain its accuracy and integrity, we use security measures that comply with applicable law. These measures include firewalls, other industry standard security measures, computer safeguards and secured files and buildings which our technical providers deem appropriate. These security measures are instituted to ensure the protection of these secure servers from unauthorized access. ACCESSING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You may ask for a copy of your personal information, ask for your personal information to be updated or corrected, or ask us to remove your personal information from our records by contacting us via our contact us link. All requests must include the following information: first name, last name, and email address. McMahon will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but reserves the right to impose restrictions and requirements on such access requests, if allowed or required by applicable law.

EMAIL PRIVACY

We ask for your email address for online purchases and orders in order to communicate with you about your orders. We also may notify you via email of any specials, promotions, or discounts at McMahon. If you do not want to receive any promotional emails, please contact us via our contact us link. You can also always remove yourself from any McMahon email list by clicking the unsubscribe link provided in each message. 

EFFECTIVE DATE

The effective date of this Privacy Policy is January 22, 2020.

TRANSFER OF CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Customer lists and information are properly considered assets of a business. Accordingly, if we merge with another entity, sell assets to another entity, or are a debtor in bankruptcy or other proceedings, our customer lists and information, including personally identifiable information you have provided us, would be included among the assets that would be transferred.
